What You’ll Be Doing

Designing & Animating with Precision:

You’ll bring your design vision to life by creating 3D stage renderings, animations, and graphics that align with the client’s brief while staying true to their brand. Your work will be dynamic, innovative, and visually impactful.

Creating Graphic Templates:

You’ll design templates that are simple, effective, and can be easily utilized by other team members or client teams. It’s all about efficiency without sacrificing creativity.

Collaborating Across Teams:

You’ll partner with internal teams to ensure that all your designs and animations are consistent across various mediums. You’ll ensure that your work contributes to a seamless experience for the client.

Providing Graphic Support:

Whether it's lower thirds, logo intros, or special effects, you’ll be the go-to person for providing graphic support to editors. Your eye for detail will ensure that every graphic enhances the overall project.

Staying Current with Trends:

In an industry that evolves fast, you’ll stay on top of the latest design software and trends, ensuring your work incorporates the best practices and keeps pushing the creative envelope.

What We’re Looking For

Educational Background:

A Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

Prior experience in an agency setting, with a strong portfolio that showcases your work as a Motion Graphics Designer.

Work Under Pressure:

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once without losing attention to detail.

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools to execute your ideas flawlessly.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and work collaboratively with various teams.

Team Collaboration:

A team player who can coordinate seamlessly with clients, editors, and other stakeholders to bring projects to completion.
