Junior Motion Graphics Designer
About the position
We’re looking for a Junior Motion Graphics Designer who’s eager to bring imagination to life through captivating motion design. This role is all about translating ideas into dynamic visual experiences that captivate and engage. Whether it’s a bold animation, an innovative design, or a compelling storyboard, you'll play a key part in helping us deliver high-quality content that resonates with the audience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Designing & Animation:
You’ll create compelling motion graphics that bring a fresh visual identity to projects. Whether you’re translating storyboards into dynamic animations or integrating typography and audio, you’ll make sure every element enhances the overall story.
Interpreting Strategy:
You’ll tap into the marketing strategy behind every project, interpreting it into visuals that align seamlessly with client objectives. Creativity will be at the core of your approach, but strategy will always guide your design decisions.
Creative Collaboration:
You won’t be working in a silo. You’ll work closely with the creative and account teams to ensure every visual and animation matches the brand’s tone, style, and objectives. Together, you'll produce work that’s both beautiful and on-point.
Managing Expectations:
From setting realistic timelines to providing regular status updates, you'll keep everything on track and make sure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.

Designing with Purpose:

What We’re Looking For
Technical Expertise:
Expertise in Adobe After Effects and advanced knowledge of design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
Design Knowledge:
A deep understanding of typography, design principles, and storytelling, with the ability to apply these to both print and digital mediums.
Creative Problem-Solving:
Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate with each project.
Audio-Visual Awareness:
A keen eye for audio-visual elements, including pacing, shot selection, and music.
Time Management:
Excellent time management skills – you’ll know how to balance priorities and meet deadlines without stress.
Educational Background:
A BFA/BS/BA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written presentation skills to communicate your creative vision effectively.
