HR Generalist

About the position

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruitment. You’ll play a key role in managing HR functions while leading the charge in attracting and retaining top talent. This role requires someone who knows HR policies inside out, can handle multiple tasks seamlessly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in an advertising agency.

What You’ll Be Doing

Recruitment

Hiring the right talent is your superpower. You’ll develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, manage job postings, source candidates, conduct interviews, and oversee onboarding. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to fine-tune job descriptions and ensure we bring the best people on board. Background checks, candidate databases, job fairs—you’ll own it all.

HR Generalist Responsibilities

Beyond hiring, you’ll be the go-to person for employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. You’ll ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date, administer benefits and compensation programs, and make sure onboarding is seamless. Keeping employee records accurate and ensuring compliance with labor laws will also be part of your day-to-day.

What We’re Looking For

Educational Background

A master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

Hands-on experience as an HR Generalist, especially in recruitment

HR Expertise

A deep understanding of HR best practices and labor laws

People Skills

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Organizational Excellence

Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities

Tech Proficiency

Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
